ArcotAFM user fetch failed with ADBException

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded the existing database using upgrade script from 9.0 to 9.1.1.

Using the ArcotAFM for login, after the insertion of the user name the process fails.

Below error message is observed in ArcotAFM.log:

ERROR integrations.frontend.LifeCycleStateData(733) [] -> Remote Exception occurred while Loading user (user,org)=(XXXUSER,XXXORG). Error:org.apache.axis2.databinding.ADBException: Unexpected subelement

Environment

Release : 9.1 

Resolution

Our recommendation is to apply the patch Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.01-DE542262-HotFix to resolve this issue.

Additional Information

Only this issue is observed in customer environments if the user is created via admin console.
