When attempting to delete an incident status from the System > Incident Data > Attributes page on the Status tab, and error is received stating "You can not delete a status that is built in."
There is one status that is built-in to the DLP system. This status can be edited, or the order can be changed, but it cannot be deleted.
All other statuses can be deleted as long as there are no Incidents in the system with that status.
Customer had edited the built-in status and no longer needs that status.
Rename the built-in status to something more useful for your environment. You can name it to match another status in the system, then delete the non-built-in status.
