Issue/Introduction

On some websites while using Edge or Chrome print functions do not work. When clicking print no dialog comes up.

This issue occurs if the DLP Symantec extension is loaded.

Environment

Release : 15.x / 16.x

Cause

Conflict with new google extension API calls.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the most recent version of the Chrome / Edge extensions (16.0.100). The extensions should update automatically if the machine has access to the play store.

Workaround:

Stop monitoring the http / https channel
