Issue/Introduction

Unable to start the agent. 

Error message received:

 AGENT]# ./cybAgent -a
Agent service is starting...
Agent is already running with pid  0
Unable to start Agent service

 

Environment

Autosys 12.X
Systemagent 12.X

Resolution

deleted the following files from the agent installation directory
nohup.stderr
nohup.stdout
*.lock ( this might be a *.lck)
status
