Creating a group in IM is disappearing when logging out and back into IM

Issue/Introduction

I created a group in IM and after I log out and back into IM the group is no longer there.

Environment

Release : 20.3+

Resolution

This was a case where the user was using IM from a remote system, and the windows account used to login to the local machine is a limited administrative user, this user did not have all the necessary rights to save the profile properly. Right clicking the IM executable and selection to run as the actual Administrator on the machine allowed the group to be properly saved to the profile.
