Issue/Introduction

SOI 4.2 CU2

I received a new laptop this morning and upon downloading the jnlp and launching the SOI console; I no longer see alert queues. 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Resolution

We remove his user from SOI and re-add it.

Now customer sees the Alert Queues tab.

 

NOTE: Moving the user from one group to another does not resolve the issue.
