Software package from a shared UNC location of a different server could not be added while creating a software release

Issue/Introduction

While creating a software release, when we add the package from our shared location, it won't be added to the software release. If we chose the package from the local server, it works fine.

Seeing info message in System Event Viewer: A worker process with process id of 'xx' serving application pool 'Symantec Agent AppPool' has requested a recycle because it reached its virtual memory limit.

IIS Settings > App Pool > SMP Server AppPool > Recycling Conditions > Regular time interval is set to 1740 (29) minutes.

Resolution

Keep the Regular time interval at 1740.

By default, there are no Virtual or Private Memory settings configured in SMP.  If you configure these settings, please validate that they are correct for your environment.
