Sending emails to workflow approvers in Identity Manager

Issue/Introduction

We are using vApp 14.4

We configured TwoStageApprovalProcess workflow in a task, and we have business approvers as group members.

We also created email policy, and recipients are defined as static email addresses.

When workflow process is executed, emails are sent not only to the static addresses, but also to all the group members.

Environment

Release : 14.x

Resolution

This behavior is expected.

Emails are always sent to approvers, nevertheless they may not be explicitly defined as recipients in email policy.
