ICAP groups and Health Check status on Edge SWG (ProxySG)

Issue/Introduction

The ProxySG has an ability to configure load balance in multiple ICAP services. Here is an example, there are three ICAP services and a ICAP group. The ICAP group as "ICAP.combination_group" is configured in two ICAP services.

 

Then, health check for icap.combination_group is automatically created.  What happens on the health check status if one of ICAP service in the group failed ?

 

 

Resolution

When one of ICAP service is failed and at least one ICAP service is healthy, then health check indicates "OK for some IPs".
