S-curve is blank in the Project Earned Value report

Issue/Introduction

The Project Earned Value report is missing - 

• Data in the graphs
• Some or all Earned Value periods 

The data on the top half of the report is complete.  The graph is charting that data, so why would the graphs and periods be missing

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Cause

Update Earned Value History job had not been ran with all options checked

Resolution

Verify the Earned Value periods exist

• Administration>>Earned Value Management>>Period Definitions

Make sure to run jobs - 

• Update Earned Value and Cost Totals job
• Update Earned Value History job
  • This job should be run with all boxes under Parameters checked
    • Rewrite Existing Snapshot
    • Show Projected ACWP
    • Show Projected BCWP
    • Show Projected BCWS
