Rally revision history showing changes when updates made to other work items

Issue/Introduction

When reviewing the revision history of a work item it appears that changes from another work item are being attributed to the currently viewed work item.

Cause

There are several processes that can cascade changes to other work items, particularly if there is a parent/child relationship between those work items.

For example, parenting or unparenting a work item will cause updates to certain fields as shown in the below screenshot:

This is working as intended and considered expected behavior
