Issue/Introduction

Numeric values are sometimes not being saved when a Non English language/locale is being used (German, Spanish...)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Use an existing Clarity PPM user or set a new Clarity PPM user for the test
Configure the "Language" and "Locale" on the Account Settings to German.
     Account Settings: Personal Information
     Locale: German

2. Add in Studio a Subobject for Project.

3. Add an attribute of type number in the subobject
For instance, let's set up an attribute named 'Amount'
Data Type: Number

4. Edit a Project Blueprint in the Modern UX to include the subobject on its modules.

5. Create a Project instance or use an existing one and associate it to the modified Blueprint.

6. Add a few instances of the subobject and display the attribute "Amount" on the list.

7. Edit the value of Amount and set it to a value in between 1000 and 999999.

8. Click out of the grid to save the value.

Expected Results: The value for the attribute is saved.
