Financial Capitalization Detail report not pulling in forecast spend

Issue/Introduction

Created a financial plan in New UX and populated the totals for forecast for the details. We ran the below jobs

Load Datawarehouse

Load Datawarehouse Access Rights after the update and tried running the financial capitalization detail report. We don't see monthly forecast spend on the report as shown in the cost plan.

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

Since only totals column has been populated in New UX, forecast cost is also populated for the whole period and not monthly.

The report tries to gather monthly cost data from DWH tables and fails to find that, hence shows 0. To resolve this you need to enter cost information for each month in Cost Plan instead of populating the totals column.

After populating the monthly cost information you need to run Load Datawarehouse and Load Datawarehouse Access Rights job for the data to be displayed in report.
