Enabled capacity analytics for a single service and received about 40 predictive alarms in the production alarm queue.
Then tried removing the capacity analytics but the alarms did not clear.
I then selected the alarms and tried to clear - no good

1. For their immediate request to clear all predicative alarms from their tenant COTY-PROD, the customer has found a workaround to clear the predictive alarms by ticketing them and clearing the ticket to force the SNOW interface to clear them as resolved tickets. Thus, the customer case and defect DE547829 can now be closed.
2. For the customer's remaining requests to enable clear action on their DX OI page to clear the predictive alarms and also to allow enabling capacity analytics without enabling alarms, we are opening a separate customer case/defect for assistance from our DOI dev team and DevOps team.
