Issue/Introduction

Unable to migrate to DLP 16.0 from 15.8. Migration fails at phase 2. 

Environment

Release : 15.8.x

Component : Enforce Server

Cause

The migration logs have below error related to ICD (Information Centric Defense).

ICD Response Rule Detected          
Delete ICD Response Rules from the Enforce Server.       
Before you delete the response rule, unlink it from all related policies.
Please refer Symantec Data Loss Prevention Upgrade Guide.

Resolution

Unlink ICD response rules from all related policies and delete the response rules from the Enforce Server.
