Unable to add multiple email addresses in Block SMTP message response rule

Issue/Introduction

Customer is trying to add multiple email addresses separated by commas in "Redirect Message to this Address" field of "Network Prevent: Block SMTP Message" response rule. He gets error as "The Redirect Message Field must contain a list of valid email addresses separated by commas".

Environment

DLP 15.7, 15.8

Resolution

This field will only accept one email address. Although the error message implies that we can add multiple valid email addresses, as per DLP online documentation, this field allows only one email address. Refer below link -
