Issue/Introduction

While executing “User Profile Report Snapshot” seeing the following error

 

Export for Collector com.netegrity.ims.imrexport.object.UserObjCollector failed

Environment

Release : 14.4 CP1 CHF2

Component : Identity Manager 

Cause

This is due to space within User ID

Resolution

Connect with JXplorer to User Store and Remove space on the problem user ID then rerun the snapshot
