JMS Exception while initializing the producer in MOI when restarting the MOI maas microservice

Issue/Introduction

A JMS exception  was encountered while restarting Customer data flow.   

It could not be be recreated and no specific error cause was available in the MOI maas log.

Release : 2.1

Component : MF OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Resolution

The JMS exception below only occurred once when working with the Customer on a metric data restart and could not be recreated in house ,  and the maas log information provided no specific error that could be researched.   Recommendation from MOI Engineering was to go ahead and close this Case and watch for further errors to occur.   If that occurs, priority will be given to further researching this exception. The Customer concurred. 

The workaround is to simply restart the MOI maas microservice via the MTCAC UI.
