Allocation Grid in the Staffing Module doesn't include grid filters

Issue/Introduction

While using the Staffing module in Modern UX, the filters applied to the allocations timeline do not carry over to the allocations grid.

Steps:

1. Ensure that you have a Resource that is assigned to some Investments, some "Open for Time Entry" and some not.

2. In the MUX go to the "Staffing" Module. View the "Allocations by Resource".

3. Include a filter to only display "Open for Time Entry (Common Investment) = Yes"

4. Expand the user, and you'll only see the Investments that are Open for Time Entry.

5. Double Click on the right grid for the user, and a popup will show a Grid that doesn't include the filters.

Resolution

This is working as designed. The popup will only filter out inactive or template Investments, filters assigned to the Allocation Timeline are not applied.
