Issue/Introduction

Unable to login the Admin Console. After enter the admin user & password ..

wasp.log:

Aug 22 12:58:33:358 ERROR [main, com.nimsoft.nimbus.probe.service.wasp.Probe] main() Fatal error!
Aug 22 12:58:33:364 ERROR [main, com.nimsoft.nimbus.probe.service.wasp.Probe] main() (1) error, Database Information is null
Aug 22 12:58:33:365 ERROR [main, com.nimsoft.nimbus.probe.service.wasp.Probe] (1) error, Database Information is null
 at com.nimsoft.nimbus.probe.service.wasp.Probe.doit(Probe.java:327)

Environment

  • Release: 20.4
  • Component: UIM - UMP_ADMINCONSOLE2

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

  1. Deactivate primary hub wasp
  2. Delete wasp probe from primary
  3. Deploy latest wasp probe to the primary
