Dashboard designer - Incorrect dashboard label position after upgrading to CU4 UIM

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the UIM environment to the CU4 release, the dashboard label is positioned incorrectly. All labels are slightly shifted to the left side. The issue occurs for all dashboards. 

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - DASHBOARDS/DESIGNER

Cause

This behavior is caused by a code defect. 

Resolution

This has been resolved in Operator Console 20.4 CU5
