Issue/Introduction
Does a RACROUTE to a CLASS TCICSTRN turn not only to an OTRAN rescheck, but also take LCF into account?

Component : Top Secret for z/OS
Resolution
TCICSTRN will be turned into TSS class OTRAN, if the resource is not OWNED/PROTECTED then there will be an LCF check for the transaction.
