Our developers are seeing this error message on a frequent basis. They have asked us to find out of Broadcom has a fix for the error:

This error is not caused by the SD application. It is coming from MSWindows (OS) due to a lack of system resources.
Software Delivery was running and when the system ran out of space for thread data it generated this error.
