MUX custom strings flicker on Project Details

Issue/Introduction

On a MUX project with many custom string fields, their update in subsequent manner leads to intermittent switching of the values back

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. On 16.0.3.1, open a project in MUX
2. In Details see the regular String fields
3. Now enter data in each one for a while, clicking away and then enter the next one until you fill each one on the page. Note the data you're entering, i.e. all 111111 for the entire page
4. Repeat for a while

 

Expected Results: The strings to be correctly updated

Actual Results: For some of the values you will notice the values will flip and back to old value and sometimes again forward to new value

This was previously fixed in DE65313 but the issue seems still reproducible on 16.0.3.1 so it's not fully fixed, it has to be tested and confirmed on this environment
