Empty category columns in DelayView at a measurement

Issue/Introduction

After installing maintenance, or even after a restart, MAT has a problem with the display in the DelayView screen of the monitor file. 

Major and Minor category are empty. 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : MAINFRAME APPLICATION TUNER

Cause

The list of delays are stored in internal table named TUNDELAY, and this table is built using the member hlq.CEESSAMP(TNDLYD). 

Either someone deleted this table by mistake, or the concatenation for TUNSAMP dd in the MAT server is not correct.

Resolution

Check if the TNDLYD member is available:

 

 1. Start the MAT ISPF interface

 2. Issue the command TSO ISRDDN

 3. Issue the command MEMBER TNDLYD

  

You should find that member on the MAT hlq.CEESSAMP dataset. If so, recycle (stop/start) the MAT server and see if that solves the issue.

 

If there is not a TNDLYD member, check if there are other members also missing in the CEESSAMP. 
There should be 63 members in this library.
The missing members could be present in the MAT hlq.AEESSAMP library, so you can copy the missing member(s) from that library to the CEESSAMP library.
