Issue/Introduction

The custom alarm view filters in UIM 20.4 CU4 are having strange issues, where new created filters that include severity check.

The issue is that, after creating custom alarm view filters that include severity check and apply them to the alarm view, it doesn't work and when trying to change or reconfigure the filters that have been created, they appear to be empty or have disappeared from the setting.

Resolution

UIM 20.4 CU5 and later contain this fix. 

Alternatively, the fix is attached to the case for you to download and deploy to the on the OC and then wait for the wasp probe to be up, and then retest.

Additional Information

The attached fix can only be deployed on top of UIM 20.4 OC-CU4
