Issue/Introduction

User is experiencing an issue with regards to Endpoint Incidents from MacOS user machines, where there is no snapshot data, and a Yellow Banner is displayed, indicating there is a problem with highlighting.

Environment

DLP Agent versions 15.7, 15.8 and 16.

 

Cause

Highlight breaks when retained attachment is discarded on MAC.

Resolution

Issue has been fixed in DLP 16.0 MP1 which is available for download on the Broadcom support portal.
