HTTP ERROR 404 for Help Function in z/OSMF

Issue/Introduction

HTTP ERROR 404 while trying to access the z/OSMF web address https://hostname:port/zosmf/helps using the LPAR configured with ACF2.

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

- Go to z/OS logon Panel

- Click on "General Settings" 

- Enable z/OSMF HELP option

- Stop and start both IZU* tasks

- Access help link: https://hostname:port/zosmf/helps
