Unable to see functions in UVC Design and Monitoring Panels.

Release : 6.x and 7.x

Cause

Works as design.

Resolution

After brand new installation of UVC and UVMS there is no node connected to the system.

Install some Node and register it with the UVMS, after that the Design and Monitoring panels will appear in UVC.
