Unable to Check the last box in a grid view

Issue/Introduction

Users are not able to easily check the last checkbox in a grid view if they had to scroll

This also happens on other areas (Staffing Workspace, Timesheets, etc.)

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log in to Clarity Modern UX (MUX)
2. Go to Staffing Workspace
3. Go to Staffing Grid
4. Make sure there are enough resources that you have to scroll down
5. Check a few boxes with no issues
6. Scroll to the bottom of the list
7. Try to check the last box

Expected Results: User is able to check the box with no issues

Actual Results: User is not able to check the box unless they click on the top right corner of the box.

Workaround - 

Click the very top right corner of the box.
