Issue/Introduction

Here is what it looks like in edit mode:



It seems that even though this person has added bullet points to the text, it's not applying it on the front end.  Here's what it looks like after saving changes. The dashes were added since the bullets aren't working properly.

We have seen this issue on our Rich Text editors when users copy and paste from another document into the Rich Text field.  When this occurs we recommend that users edit the field again (still using the copied info) and use the "Tx" icon at the top of the field to remove all formatting.  THEN use the edit buttons in the rich text field of the application to actually format the information.  

Depending on where the information was copied from (Microsoft products seem to be hard for other rich text editors to format), the formatting won't be recognized by the Rich Text editor in the application.
