You may receive an email indicating that you have License Expiration within the AppNeta product:
This email is sent to all Organization Admins.
Organization Administrators can confirm this as well, by clicking the Gear Icon > Manage Licenses
This may be a Licensing issue and require assistance from your Account Director or Sales Manager, please reach out to them for assistance.
If you are unable to resolve, please one a ticket with Support
