MUX Project properties blank until page refreshed

Issue/Introduction

When some users open a project they receive a blank screen in MUX. The project opens fine in Classic PPM

The project data only shows up after refreshing the page. What can be the cause of this behavior?

Resolution

Clear the Clarity cache:

Flush Clarity server cache
