Browser crashes with out of memory on Clarity Task Timeline with URL links

Issue/Introduction

On Large Task Timeline View with URL links added to the view too much memory is taken by the browser and the browser will eventually crash with out of memory error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. On a large project in Edge or Chrome navigate to Tasks Timeline in MUX 
2. Update few tasks (assign resources)
3. Update the status on the tasks
4. Update the String fields
5. Update the URL links added to the view
6. Rotate between editing strings for multiple tasks and URL links by typing in or pasting for multiple tasks (10-15-20)
7. Note in Task Manager the memory will go up and up within 5-10 minutes of you just working in this view

Environment

Release : 16.0.3, 16.1.0.

Resolution

This is DE66787, fixed in 16.1.1 and patches 16.1.0.1 and 16.0.3.2

Workaround: Remove URL link fields from the columns in the Timeline view
