Wasp probe on OC does not start after upgrade to 20.4

Issue/Introduction

wasp probe fails to start after upgrade from 20.3.3 to 20.40 

wasp.log entry

Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'wasp' (command = <startup java>)

Environment

• Component: UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - WASP & CORE

Cause

• This issue is seen when the certificate.pem on the OC does not match the *.pem file on the UIM Server/Primary hub

Resolution

Compared the certificate.pem file between the Primary hub and OC and copy certificate.pem from the Primary hub to OC if they do not match
