Capitalization Mismatch on New Idea from Template popup

Issue/Introduction

The first letter of the word Idea is capitalized on the blueprint Create from Template tab, but not on the actual page when you are creating an Idea. It should be capitalized in both places. See attachment.

Cause

SUMMARY: Captialization mismatch on Create Idea from Template

Steps to Reproduce: 

Detailed steps to reproduce using numerical list formatting
1- Open an Idea Blueprint
2- "Create from Template" tab
3- Note the text says "New Idea"
4- Now Create Idea from template
5- Popup shows text "New idea" instead of "New Idea"

Expected Results: Text on new idea from template show should New Idea

Actual Results:  Text on new idea from template shows New idea

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.1.0
