Unable to add server to monitoring from RSP probe.

First, its advisable to review the Remote System Probe (rsp) techdoc.

OS Support:

You can install and monitor,

rsp on Windows-> Windows machines
rsp on Windows-> UNIX systems
rsp on UNIX-> UNIX systems

Are all of the probe requirements met?

- UIM 8.31 or later
- Robot 7.8 or later (recommended)
- Java JRE version 7 or later
- Probe Provisioning Manager (PPM) probe version 3.21 or later
- Baseline Engine (baseline_engine) version 2.60 or later

Is port 135 (RPC) blocked or open?
Is port 23 (telnet) blocked or open?

rsp requires one or more set of static credentials configured in rsp for access to systems.
