CEM UI encounters hang / spin condition viewing 'Repository Settings'

Issue/Introduction

The CEM UI goes into a hang / spin condition when trying to view 'Repository Settings'.  A pop-up "Processing... please wait" occurs, but the settings are never displayed.  The 'processing' circle continues to spin endlessly.

Cause

Lack of pre-defined MAPDBJ file, along with mis-match of maintenance accessing MAPDB version.

Resolution

The 'hang/spin' condition was resolved when a pre-defined (not dynamically allocated) MAPDBJ file was stated in the CEMETOM STC along with ensuring all the hold data introduced by the current maintenance was performed.  This allowed the updated CEM runtime code to access the updated v8 MAPDB file.
