Follow these steps to download Risk Authentication 9.1 SP1 installer from support portal:

1. Using your support credentials please logon to https://support.broadcom.com/.

2. Click on "My Downloads" under "Software > Cyber Security Software" sub tab.

 

3.  Click on "ADVANCED AUTHENTICATION"

 

4. Click on "Products" tab.

 

5. Click on "9.1" Service Pack 01 under "CA Risk Authentication for Consumers MULTI-PLATFORM" as shown.

 

6.  Download the installer "Risk Authentication 9.1.01" from this page.
