2. It will take you to "CA SiteMinder Family of Products Informational Documentation Index" page.

 

3. Locate "Platform Support Matrices" in the same page.

4. Click on the corresponding PDF link then it will ask you to Login to the Support Website with your "User Name and Password".

5. After successful authentication and authorization, it will take to the PSM home page.
