Filereader Failed to start after updating web Prevent server

Issue/Introduction

SEVERE: (DETECTION.3) Failed to initialize Detection com.vontu.messaging.induction.InductorException: Failed to create a server socket on address:port - 0.0.0.0:11344. after Upgrading the web server from 15.8 MP1 to 15.8 MP3 and getting error, filereader failed to start.

Cause

Stunnel was previously enabled on version upgrading from and see these errors in the logs:

Message:  Unknown exception while checking validity of the icap keystore certificate.java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Message:  There was error creating the socket connection. Error: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect
java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Message:  (ICAP_CONNECTION.5200) Failed to create listener at 0.0.0.0:11344.

Message:  (DETECTION.3) Failed to initialize Detection

Message:  File Reader failed to start. Error starting File Reader. Failed to create a server socket on address:port - 0.0.0.0:11344. No incidents will be detected.

Resolution

turned off s-tunnel service(no longer supported) and the filereader service began working.
