Clarity Upgrade stuck on a step for several hours (environmental)

Issue/Introduction

Clarity upgrade has been stuck on a step of DB for the last 8+ hours and with no error

The database is performing well and the issue seems to be related to the specific server where the application is installed as other environments are working

Sleep Mode

Sometimes the install/upgrade script may go in sleep/hold mode in the OS

1. Bring up the command prompt in which the upgrade is running
2. Hit Enter few times 

If the issue was with the CMD being on hold by the OS, it should wake up, resume and start running the next steps of the script

Windows Performance

On Windows, the server may be generally slow if Windows update patches are not applied. If this is the case, do the following:

1. Stop the upgrade script with Ctrl C 
2. Rollback the environment
3. Update the server to latest Windows patch if available
4. Reboot 
5. Once you reboot check if command prompt is working fast for you and all updates have completed - if not reboot again
6. Restart the upgrade
