Issue/Introduction
Clarity upgrade has been stuck on a step of DB for the last 8+ hours and with no error
Environment
Release : Any
Resolution
Sometimes the install/upgrade script may go in sleep/hold mode in the OS
1. Bring up the command prompt in which the upgrade is running
2. Hit Enter few times
If the issue was with the CMD being on hold by the OS, it should wake up, resume and start running the next steps of the script
