Value in timesheet notes don't get blank after saving

Value in timesheet notes field doesn't become blank after saving one notes and hitting enter 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Login to modern ux with appropriate rights
  2. Navigate to timesheet and click on a resources timesheet
  3. Click on the notes button
  4. In the notes flyout, type a value and hit enter to save 

Expected Results: The value in the notes should be saved and the notes text box should be blank 

Actual Results: The value gets saved however previous value which was saved remains in the timesheet notes box

Resolved in 16.1.0. This was originally tracked as DE66747

Workaround for versions below 16.1.0:

  • On the notes text box delete the previous value and enter the new value for the new notes
