Issue/Introduction

User [email protected] had admin access but has now had admin privileges removed.

Under Observer, we are calling our API to get the event callback, but it appears the user is blacklisted for now so we've stopped receiving events callback. 

Can Broadcom help to give admin access to my user?

Resolution

Regarding the API/Observer mentioned, we can see that the mentioned API Observer is not blacklisted for Equinix and is configured under a different user:
"blacklisted": false,    
"userId" : "[email protected]"
 
Regarding the user access level, We cannot modify your user's permission level for security purposes without explicit permission.
 
So you will need to engage an Organization Admin within your Org in AppNeta SaaS. Your options are either:
  1. Get an Organization Admin at Equinix to fix your user account

  2. You CC's an Organization Admin at your company (they must exist in the company Org in AppNeta SaaS) to give us explicit permission to modify the user.
