http2 protocol support in Service desk

Issue/Introduction

Service Desk Manager is configured by default with http/1.1.  Is it possible to configure application with http2?

Environment

Release : 17.3.x - 17.4.x

Component : SDM - Classic UI

Cause

HTTP/2.0 is currently not supported for Service Desk Manager.  

Resolution

http2 support is being considered for a future major release of Service Desk.

As release 17.3 is EOS, there are no plans to include http2 support for this version.

As of present writing, Sept 2025, release 17.4 does not have support for http2.
