UVMS OutOfMemoryError during derby database purge

Issue/Introduction

UVMS server connection is lost with the error: "Server <UVMS_MgtServer> is not reached" when trying to open Univiwer.

uvserver.log shows an OutOfMemoryError message during derby database purge:

Cause

A memory issue on UVMS that is probably related to the fact that SSL is activated.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
