Large 1 Page Reports Not Exporting in Entirety - 12.1 Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

Large, 1 page reports are not exporting to Excel in its' entirety. Artificial pages are applied and the report does export partially. The reports are generating 2MM lines daily and the end user utilizes the data for historical purposes. Web Viewer is able to do a complete save to text, however.

Resolution

If Web Viewer is able to do a complete save to text, and Excel is unable to import that save file, then this is not a Web Viewer problem. It sounds as though you are running into some Excel limitations. If memory constraints are responsible for the inability for Excel to load load the complete save file, then the memory you are most concerned about is on the users desktop machine and NOT on the server where Web Viewer is hosted.
