IDP Language PT-BR -> Translation is empty.

Issue/Introduction

Trying to set PORTAL default language as PT-BR but the translation page is empty.

Comparing to Spanish page, the page is missing all translations. The out of the box PT_BR translation for STATIC section in the Localization Tab is empty

Cause

The Engineering Team created an HF
This is happening only for few languages.
Spanish, French for example are working.
Noticed the issue with Portuguese, Portuguese Brazil, Chinese

To request the HF sent internally on September/2022 to 14.4.1 CHF2 please open a Support case. 
First check if the fix is not published in the current published patches version.
