Resolution

Login to Broadcom support website, and go to product download page, enter Brigtside in the "search by product name" search box

Click the release number (4.0 or 3.0)

 

Download the PAX file for Zowe Proprietary Extensions and Test4z SMPE - z/OS Components (PSWI package or SMPE package).
