unable to use CLI commands post Idash upgrade to Release: 12.1.02.00-0262

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Idash to Release: 12.1.02.00-0262. We are not able to generate reports via the command line

.$ pwd
/home/autobtch
$ whoami
autobtch
$ /opt/CA/idash/bin/idgenpdf -n GP1_IVP_TEST -f /tmp/GP1_IVP_TEST.pdf -t run.report -p 7 -u idashAdm
java.lang.NoSuchMethodException:com.ca.idash.core.averageruntime.AverageRuntimeMgr.getAggregateAverageRuntimes(java.util.ArrayList, java.lang.Boolean)
$

(This command was working fine before thr upgrade even yesterday it worked fine)
